General FAQs:

- Can I change my order?
Once your order is placed, you cannot change it and we cannot make changes to it.


- Can I cancel my order after the purchase?
Yes, it is possible. If you send an email at info@cheerland.co.uk and within 30 minutes, we can take your request into account. Our office hours are from Monday 9am to 6pm to Friday 9am to 6pm HKT. If you ordered during the weekend, orders placed over the weekend will continue to ship. Please note once an order ships it cannot be cancelled. Your request will be taken only the next Monday.


- Are Cheerland party supplies reusable?
Cheerland party supplies are all reusable and can be kept for several others parties.

  
- Are the garlands pre-assembled?
For the comfort and satisfaction of our customers, most of our garlands / banners are already pre-assembled. If any DIY is required, it will be mentioned in the product description and title of the product.


- Can I mix and match different themes?
Of course. A lot of our items are easily to mix and match and can be bundled with each other to create an even more joyful celebration.

 
- How can I check the safety of the products?
All Cheerland items are tested to relevant safety standards procedure per USA and Canadian regulations, our mains markets.


- After requesting a refund, how long it will take for me to receive the money in my bank account?
Once you get refunded, it will usually take 3 to 5 working days to reach your bank account.


- Can I get a refund of all or a part of my order?
We want you satisfied with all our party products! Depending on the reason, if one our product is not available anymore but you still managed to order it, you will get partially refunded on your order. If the product you ordered is not convincing you and you would like to return it, you can within 30 days of the original date of purchase. For more details, you can visit https://cheerlandstore.com/pages/returnsandrefunds. Please note that items should be returned under good condition and under their original packaging. Return shipping costs will be at the charge of the customer. Return past the allowable date, indicated on the invoice cannot be refunded. Please make sure that the items are sent in a proper packaging and original box. We do not accept returns in an envelope or padded mailers. If you would like to check the status of your return, please feel free to contact us at info@cheerland.co.uk and provide the return number.


- The item(s) arrived damaged/broken. What can I do?
We trust and believe our customers. If your order came damaged, let us know and we will be pleased to provide a refund or replace the item with a new one. We may request images for all issues linked with quality and damages in order to ensure that it won’t happen again and target the issue.

Shipping FAQs:
- I entered a wrong shipping address when placing my order, can it be changed?
After placing an order, it is impossible for us to change the address of the order. Nevertheless, we can cancel the order for you and ask you to re-order with the correct shipping address.


- From the moment of the order, how long does shipping take?
The shipping time will take 1 to 3 business days.


- Can you make my delivery as a priority?
We request our customers to wait 1-2 business days for the items to be processed.
Depending on the courier chosen, either UPS/AMZL/FedEx, once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link with a number.


- What is your standard delivery time?
For all of our items, our standard delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.
